Enter Panjiang Peninsula and talk to Musashi. Then head south into the village, and destroy all 7 groups of Naga. Once this is done, talk to Farmer Lune, an NPC in the village.
Following this, travel south to the green marker at Raiyan Cave. There are lots of Grasps in here that you must kill, and a Chaos Rift in the center that occasionally spawns new ones (untill all are defeated, when it disappears).
Be careful with aggro here, especially if you are trying to do this with henchies. Watch the Fingers of Chaos too, as some of its effects aren't very nice.
When you've killed them all and the Chaos Rift is gone, you can return to Hanso and get your reward.

I am not sure when this happened, but it is not necessary to kill all of the Grasps or destroy the Chaos Rift. In once instance, my team killed about 15 Grasps in total, the Chaos Rift seemed to produce the little buggers almost as fast as we killed them, having too much fun I guess.
Getting back to my point, when one member of the team reached a DP of 60% the mission was noted has having been completed successfully. We returned for and were awarded the Jade Wind Orbs, XP and gold without a problem, but we did not destroy the Chaos Rift.
Please note that these characters were at max level 9 at the time.

I think I must have completely missed something while reading the maths... so let me do my best to present... er... logical findings *no offense*
OK. stats assume 90 games played with each square winning equally (10 games each)
All squares will lose 900 tickets. The only deduction is the fact you have to pay to play, so the deduction is 900 tickets regardless of what square you are in.
Corner square. Wins (10 x 55) + (10 x 15) + (10 x 15) = 850
Subtract the cost. Net 'loss' of 50 Tickets
Side square. Wins (10 x 40) + (10 x 15 x 3) = 950
Subtract the cost. Net 'gain' of 50 Tickets
Cebnter square. Wins (10 x 25) + (10 x 15 x 4) = 850
Subtrace the cost. Net 'loss' of 50 Tickets
Now, Im sure I missed something, but what was it? I honestly think that the maths given looks really difficult to read, with no calculations or reasons as to why they calculated in the way they did... so...

This is by far not the best tactic. This is the average tactic, which almost always results in trading a death for a kill (they'll kill you when you rush up), for no net gain.
The best tactic is waiting for the enemy to rush in, and then blast them. If they're rushing in to kill you (by spreading out you can easily tell who someone is going for), dodge their orb and let your teammates blast them. It is almost never preferable to attack before dodging the enemy's attack; let them attack, then shoot your orb. And never attack an enemy when you're outnumbered (unless their attacks are recharging).
The best strategy is to have people who are good at dodging to be in the front to draw enemies in, then kite back and dodge their shot while your backline attackers push up and kill the enemy. This bait and switch tactic where you lure the enemy to you is quite a bit better than pushing out into the enemy's area to kill one of them.
About trade winds, you should really have it up as much as possible no matter what situation you're in.
If you're going to have a sticky guide, I wouldn't promote average non-winning strategies as best.

10x40 = 400
10x15x3 = 450
400 + 450 = 850

It's Dodgeball. Strafe while under the speed skill. Stop just long enough to cast your one-shot kill on a good target.

Does RTSFirebat work for ArenaNet?
The reaon I ask this question is because I want to know where he got all this information from?
I'm not insulting the guy and the guide is extremely usefull but how do we know that the "facts" are correct?
ArenaNet haven't given any information about the Dragon Festival on their site except for the basics. There is no mention of the fact that the emperor will come every 2 hours and that there will be a quatermaster available for swopping of masks.
I guess what I'm getting at is, is all the information contained in the first post factual? If not it's causing a lot of confussion in the game with people running around with so many different stories of what's going to happen.

No I don't. Most of my information is based on previous events and they way masks have been from those ones.
At the end of the day most of the information within the current guide is accurate.
The currently guide is a merge of both Inde's FAQ and my own guide.
Just look at the positives for now and enjoy the guide. At the end of the day everything you find in it, is more accurate then the rumors you mayeb find floating about ingame.

about the 3*3 ring game...
i tried this for awhile.. but i changed rings every time i won on the ring where im standing.
i used 1 side then when i lost i stayed on that ring and when i won i went to the ring on the other side of the game.
i started with 100 tickets and after 50 games i had this :
180 tickets.
50 games lost.
1025 tickets won.
maby its just plain luck...
but im not good at math.. maby somebody can do a calculation on this.
lets break the ring game
oh the worm game is a easy place to get orbs... just play when there is nobody around..
!! YOUR ALWAYS A WINNER !!
11 orbs for 1 ticket. 100% garanteed !

This guide is endorsed and collaborated with Guild Wars Guru. All information here is accurate to my knowledge and has been gathered by the community, the official site, posts from Gaile Gray and more. We will continue to work hard through the event updating, fixing and making sure you have the most complete and accurate information. So check back! Things change, bugs pop up, more content is put in and we will be updating the guide continually.

Just a quick note for your great guide:
The 3rd tier of the "Luck" Title is called favored
The 2nd tier of the "Unlucky" Title is called unlucky
I attached screenshots of each for verification. (Click shot for larger version)
Edited because I mistyped my current title name with my future title name.
